Shipping and Return Policies

PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER:

All products bought from Lunar Crow Haven are handmade. This means that the items you receive may differ slightly in shape, size, and colour to the product photos on this website. This is to be expected when all items are made entirely by hand. If the quality of any of the items you receive are not up to your expectations, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 

SHIPPING/DISPATCH INFORMATION:

Unless otherwise specified in the listing, all items are made to order. Because of this, the time it takes me to dispatch an order can vary. Usually it takes about a week for any given order to be dispatched. For certain products, this time frame may be a bit longer. Due to the ongoing tariffs and uncertainty with supplies, custom orders may take a little longer than normal to get made and shipped, but we will be in touch with you with updates if this occurs.

The time it takes for the postal service to ship your orders is unfortunately out of our hands. If you require your parcel to be delivered before a certain date please contact us before you place your order so we can arrange a faster shipping method or express work order, if needed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES and CANCELLING ORDERS:

Because we make most of our inventory to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

You can request a cancellation up to 24 hours after an order is placed, but after that, we have typically already started working on it.

Please contact us for alteration inquiries ( may incur a fee for material costs if necessary).

Also, if something needs to be repaired please contact us! Both Tori and I are happy to repair anything that might break!
